The
Reuben Brothers acquired the iconic Piccadilly Estate in Mayfair in 2011
and have finally got planning for it's re-delelopment in April 2013. The
West End estate comprises six freehold buildings including the world-famous
"In and Out Club" originally built as a royal residence and
once occupied by Lord Palmerston. The In and Out Club will be restored
to become the largest private pallace in London with a price tag in excess
of £200 million! |
